We are delighted to once again extend the Swiss Biotech Day to one and a half days. This will allow more time for partnering, networking, and an interesting and inspiring program.
Following, please find the different rates for the Swiss Biotech Day 2023, admissions are for both days, there are no daily tickets.
- CHF 620 plus 7.7% VAT
- CHF 450 plus 7.7% VAT
- Applies to SBA supporting partners who provide their members with the relevant promotional code. Please note, this code cannot be applied retroactively to existing registrations.
Swiss Biotech Association rates:
- One representative from each Swiss Biotech Association member company has free access.
- Additional representatives of the same member company may attend at a discounted fee of CHF 200 plus 7.7% VAT per person.
Please note: Only Swiss-based employees are entitled to use the stated membership fees. Check here, if your company is a member of the Swiss Biotech Association.
The Swiss VAT of 7,7 % is added to these fees. Discounts cannot be combined, nor can they be applied retroactively.
Your registration fee covers:
- Access to all presentations, panel discussions and exhibition area for both conference days
- Participation in the one-to-one partnering during the conference
- Conference documentation
- Catering during the conference
- Participation in the Apéro
Online registration is also possible throughout the event.
Please note, that invoices will be sent out up until April 21, 2023. After that date, payment for registrations will be handled on site. For on-site payment we have to charge a handling fee of 10%.
Partnering is already open. Once you have submitted your request for registration, you will receive an automated acknowledgement to the email address you have registered with. By registering for this event we will create a free account in the Swiss Biotech Day online partnering system called “Hello Partnering”. Once your account is set up you will receive a confirmation email containing your login details.
Full partnering will be available on 15 Mar 2023.

If you need to cancel your registration, the request must be received in writing by March 27, 2023 at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive a refund (minus a processing fee of CHF 100). Refunds will be processed after the event. Cancellation notices received after March 27 will not be considered and no refunds will be made.
No-shows will still be billed for the full registration fee as we are fulfilling our event obligations. However, you may send a replacement from your company. In this case, please get in contact with email@example.com.
In case of a cancellation of the event due to COVID-19, we will refund the complete amount of the payment.
