One representative of each member company of the Swiss Biotech Association has free access. Additional representatives of the same member company may attend at a discounted fee of CHF 160 per person.
The Swiss VAT of 7,7 % is included in these fees.
Your registration fee covers
- Access to all presentations, panel discussions and exhibition area
- Participation in the one-to-one partnering during the conference (opening mid-March 2018)
- Conference documentation
- Catering during the conference
- Participation in the Apéro
Online registration will close on 2 May 2018, after which all registrations will be handled on site.
Please note, that invoices will be sent until 27 April 2018. Payment for registrations after 28 April 2017 will be handled on site.
One-to-One Partnering Information
Once you have submitted your request for registration, you will receive an automated acknowledgement to the email address you have registered with. By registering for this event we create a free account in our Swiss Biotech Day online partnering system. Once your account is set up you will receive a confirmation email containing your login details. If you have any difficulty registering or have not received this acknowledgment, please contact register@ swissbiotechday.ch
Cancellations must be received in writing by 31 March 2018, to Uta Holmer at register@ to receive a refund (minus a processing fee of CHF 100). Refunds will be processed after the event. After 1 April 2018, the full registration fee is applicable. However, you may send a replacement from your company. No-shows will still be billed for the full registration fee as we are fulfilling our event obligations. swissbiotechday.ch
