The power of international collaboration
The Swiss Biotech Day is the flagship annual event of the Swiss Biotech Association taking place in Basel. Since 2021, the Swiss Biotech Day has grown by an average of 33% every year, establishing itself as one of the world’s premier biotechnology conferences. It brings together life sciences leaders from across the globe to spark collaboration, innovation and meaningful partnerships.
In 2026, it attracted more than 3,500 participants from 58 countries, including 31 international delegations. The key audiences are biotech leaders, global biotech investors, pharma representatives, translational academic research groups, and global CROs/CDMOs.
Join the Swiss Biotech Day to network, exchange ideas and explore advances in R&D, manufacturing, data management, AI, talent development, and innovative financing. In addition, the embedded Global Village provides international delegations a platform to strengthen their ties with the Swiss biotech hub to promote cross-border investments, public-private partnerships, R&D collaborations, and the exchange of best practices.
