Getting around
Mobility Ticket in Basel
Each guest staying in a hotel in Basel will receive a BaselCard upon check-in, which is valid for the duration of your stay. On the day of arrival, the booking confirmation of the hotel guarantees a free transfer by public transport to the hotel.

Parking
There is a car parking at the Congress Center Basel, however parking charges may apply. The car park is located at Messe Basel, Riehenstrasse 101, 4058 Basel.

Visa Information
Participants from certain countries may require a visa in order to travel to Switzerland. Participants are requested to check with Swiss representations in their country well in advance of their travel date. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if necessary.
We do not issue letters of invitation, but we can provide a letter of confirmation that you are entitled to participate in the conference. The letter of confirmation can be issued for registered delegates of Swiss Biotech Day upon receipt of payment for participants’ registration. Please note, that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial assistance.
In preparation of an confirmation letter, we will need the following information:
- Name of participant (as it appears on passport)
- Date of birth of the participant
- Passport number
- Address (as it appears on the invoice)
