Registration fees

Please find the different rates for the Swiss Biotech Day 2026 below, admissions are for both days.

There are no daily tickets.

Regular rate: CHF 750 (+ 8.1% VAT)
Reduced rate: CHF 500 (+ 8.1% VAT)

  • Applies to supporting partners of the Swiss Biotech Association who provide their members with the relevant promotional code. Please note, this code cannot be applied retroactively to existing registrations.
Swiss Biotech Association member rates:
  • One representative from each Swiss Biotech Association member company has free access.
  • Additional representatives of the same member company may attend at a discounted fee of CHF 250 (+ 8.1% VAT) per person.

The Swiss VAT of 8.1% is added to these fees.

Discounts cannot be combined, nor can they be applied retroactively.

The conference pass includes:
  • Access to all presentations, panel discussions, and exhibition areas
  • Participation in one-to-one partnering sessions
  • Conference documentation
  • Catering throughout the conference

Please note, that access will only be possible after payment. If necessary, you are welcome to bring your payment order as confirmation. For on-site payment we have to charge a handling fee of 20%.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, the request must be received in writing by April 03, 2026 at register@swissbiotechday.ch in order to receive a refund (minus a processing fee of CHF 100). Cancellation notices received after April 03 will not be considered and no refunds will be made.
No-shows will still be billed for the full registration fee as we are fulfilling our event obligations. However, you may send a replacement from your company. In this case, please get in contact with register@swissbiotechday.ch.
