In 2026, the event welcomed more than 3,500 participants from 58 countries, including 31 international delegations, a testament to its global reach and impact.
The congress center turned into a bustling hive of activity, with partnering, networking, start-up pitches and discussions and a fully-booked exhibition.
Clearly the Swiss Biotech Day has developed into a truly global collaboration event. We enjoyed 60+ panel and roundtable discussions and more than 120 company presentations.
More than 150 exhibitors and country/regional booths took advantage of the opportunity to strengthen business relationship with the Swiss biotech ecosystem. It was by far the biggest and most international edition of the Swiss Biotech Day ever.
We had great partnering opportunities and a range of innovations. These included the welcome reception, pharma and regulatory mentoring booths, Swiss Cluster booth, investor pitchings and the formation of a Swiss Biotech Association health-tech chapter.
