Before you register

Name-bound passes

Each participant registers individually and agrees to the data protection regulations. Changes of name are handled by the team on request.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing at [email protected] by March 25, 2027, to be eligible for a refund, less a CHF 100 processing fee. Unfortunately, cancellations received after March 25, 2027, are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate a colleague from your company to take your place. Simply contact us at [email protected], and we will be happy to assist with the transfer. Please note that if you do not attend and have not arranged a replacement, the full registration fee will remain payable, as event-related costs and commitments will already have been incurred. VAT

Swiss VAT of 8.1% is added to every pass, wherever your company is based, because the event takes place in Switzerland.

Visa confirmation letter

Registered and paid delegates can request a letter of confirmation from [email protected]. We do not issue invitation letters.
